QR ordering for cafés and small eateries
Thaalo lets café guests scan a QR on the table, order and add extras like an extra shot or cheese from their phone, and keep ordering in rounds on one bill. Orders go straight to the kitchen or counter screen. Cafés and small eateries in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula are set up the same day, from ₹999 a month.
Why QR ordering suits a café
Café guests stay longer and order more than once: a coffee now, a sandwich later, another round of shakes when friends arrive. Each of those is a trip for a server or a queue at the counter. With a QR on the table, the second and third orders happen without anyone getting up.
Small teams feel this most. When one person is making drinks and one is at the counter, nobody is free to walk to table six. The order reaches the screen with the table number on it, and the barista reads it instead of hearing it.

Counter-service café or table-service café
If guests order at the counter and wait for a buzzer or their name, the Counter plan (₹999/month) gives you the order board, kitchen screen, billing and a shareable menu page; staff enter orders on a phone. If guests sit and you want them ordering from the table, the Table plan (₹1,499/month, ₹999 for the first 30 tricity restaurants) adds a QR on every table, rounds and one bill per table.
Either way there is no commission, no app for the guest, and no hardware to buy: the screen runs on a tablet or a spare phone you already have.

Can guests add extras like an extra shot or extra cheese?
Yes. Each dish can have sizes and priced add-ons. The guest picks them while ordering and the price updates on their phone and on the bill.
Our guests order several times. Do they get several bills?
No. On the Table plan every round goes on the table's tab, and the table gets one bill when they leave.
Is Thaalo worth it for a small café with five or six tables?
It depends on how much time your team spends taking orders. The Counter plan is ₹999 a month and the Table plan ₹1,499, both with a 7-day free trial, so you can try it on a real weekend before paying.
