One queue instead of shouted orders

Orders from the table QR, your online page and the staff phone arrive on one board, oldest first. The cook reads the ticket instead of the waiter's handwriting, and nothing gets lost between the counter and the tawa.

The kitchen view uses large type readable at arm's length, adds up the same item across open tickets (so the cook sees '14 butter naan' rather than counting), and lets each item be ticked done on its own.

Timers that show where it's slow

Every ticket carries its age. A ticket turns amber after five minutes and red after ten, so the owner can see a slow station from across the room. Status moves from accepted to preparing to ready, and the guest's status page follows along.

Printers, if you want paper

The screen is enough for most kitchens. If your kitchen runs on paper KOTs, Thaalo prints kitchen tickets and bills on standard 80mm thermal printers and can auto-print each order as it is accepted.
