Restaurant billing software with GST
Thaalo builds each table's bill as the orders come in, adding GST, service charge, packaging fees and coupons automatically. When the guest asks for the bill, it is already right. Staff mark it paid by cash, card or UPI, and at closing time the day-close report gives the day's takings in one tap.
The bill is ready before the guest asks
Every round a table orders goes on its tab. When they are done, the bill already has every item, the right GST, your service charge and any coupon applied. No retyping orders into a separate billing machine, and no arithmetic at the counter.

Day close and reports
At the end of the day, one tap gives you the till report: takings, orders, and how they split across dine-in, pickup and delivery. The dashboard shows gross sales, average order value and top dishes for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
On the Table plan you also see your busiest hours, how fast the kitchen turns orders round, why orders were cancelled and how people paid, and you can export orders to a spreadsheet for your accountant.
Questions owners ask
Does Thaalo handle GST on restaurant bills?
Yes. Set your GST rate once and choose whether menu prices include it. Every bill then adds or shows GST correctly, alongside service charge and any fees.
Can I print bills?
Yes, on standard 80mm thermal printers. Printing is optional; many restaurants show the bill on screen and take UPI.
Can I export sales data for my accountant?
On the Table and Chain plans you can export every order in a date range to a CSV spreadsheet.
