Online ordering for restaurants, without the commission
Thaalo gives your restaurant its own online ordering page for pickup and delivery. Share the link on WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Maps; customers order direct, and each order reaches your kitchen screen with their name and phone number. You pay a flat monthly fee with unlimited orders and no commission on any of them.
Your page, your customers
An aggregator order is the aggregator's customer: you rarely see the number, and next time they order from whoever the app shows first. An order on your own page comes with the customer's name and phone number, so the regular who orders every Friday is yours to thank, remind and bring back.
Keep Zomato and Swiggy for discovery if they work for you. Thaalo is for the people who already know you and would happily order direct if you gave them a link.
Pickup, delivery and dine-in on one page
Turn on the modes you actually offer. Delivery asks for an address, pickup does not, and each mode has its own preparation time, so the customer sees an honest ready-by time. Packaging and delivery fees are added only to the orders they apply to.
- Pickup and delivery, switched on or off per restaurant

What it costs against commission
At 25% commission on a ₹400 order, 20 delivery orders a day cost about ₹2,000 a day in commission, roughly ₹60,000 a month. Thaalo's Table plan is ₹1,499 a month however many orders come through it. Try your own numbers in the commission calculator.
Questions owners ask
Does Thaalo charge a commission on online orders?
No. Thaalo is a flat monthly fee with unlimited orders. Nothing is deducted per order and the customer's contact details stay with you.
Can customers pay online?
Today customers pay at the counter, on delivery or by UPI, as they do now, and staff mark the order paid. Online payment at checkout is being built next.
Can I keep using Zomato and Swiggy?
Yes. Thaalo runs alongside them. Most restaurants keep the aggregators for new customers and move regulars to their own ordering link.
